  • How quick do you ship?
    To add a new question go to app settings and press "Manage Questions" button.I do my best to ship the same day if at all possible. Otherwise it is within 2-3 business days.
  • Can I upgrade shipping?
    Absolutley, just get with us prior to purchasing your product and we can quote you a new price.
  • Is there any type of guarantee?
    Yes! If you are not happy with any product, I will refund you 100% total cost minus my shipping fees. The buyer is also responcible for shipping back at their cost. It must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped out.
  • Will you create items specific to my needs or wants?
    Yes
  • If I want a custom piece do I have to give a deposit?
    Yes, typically we require a 50% upfront deposit. But this is not reuired until we agree on your project and I have located the wood you want, if not in stock.
